Saccharine was not born into a world of flowers and sunshine, but she did her best to build one for herself. She has a great love for the outdoors and wildlife, whether or not she decides to eat it for dinner that evening. Unlike other dragons of her race, she does not keep a clearing surrounding her burrow, choosing instead to plant her own garden. Her home can be recognized by the large, well-kept bed of her favorite flowers, Snap Dragons, always by her "doorstep".

Despite her love of flowers, Saccharine also enjoys tunneling through the ground, hunting up what other forms of wildlife she can discover. Her friend Lilly still teases her about the time she dug into an underwater river, flooding not only her home but a large portion of her valley as well. Not one to complain about a bad situation, she promptly developed this accident into an irrigation system for her garden, much to her delight.

She still maintains an extremely healthy appetite for anything that moves, so visitors beware! The best way to reach her good graces is to bring her a patch of brightly colored Snap Dragons in a shade her garden does not yet possess. With her collection, this is a daunting and nearly impossible task...
